Scottish Motorsport Marshals Club (SMMC) is the only Club in Scotland that’s dedicated to all four-wheel motorsport disciplines. There are very few motorsport events held north of the border where SMMC is not playing a significant role with either our trained personnel or specialist equipment being involved.

We’re not just close to the action... we’re PART of it!

Radio Operators and Marshals required for the Armstrong Galloway Hills Rally on Saturday 13 September

The Galloway Hills Rally has been a highlight in the forests of southwest Scotland since 1974, and this year’s event on Saturday 13th September marks its 50th Anniversary. The rally will run through the scenic Galloway forests of Black Loch and Cairn Edward, with each stage tackled twice in one direction and once in reverse. We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join us as radio operators or marshals, helping to ensure the event runs safely and smoothly.

🚗⚡EcoRally Scotland Needs You!

Round 8 of the 2025 Bridgestone FIA EcoRally Cup rolls into Scotland at the end of this month, and we’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make it happen! 5-6 rally timing marshals are needed to staff Arrival Time Controls across the route. Whether you’re an experienced marshal or just curious to get involved, this is a unique opportunity to support an FIA international event on your doorstep!

Marshals are still required for the Borders Competitions Jim Clark Rally, 23-25 May

The Jim Clark Rally has now been running for over 50 years and throughout its history has relied on an army of volunteers to attend make it the huge success it is. All signed on volunteers will receive a Supermarket voucher, goody bag and 25% discount voucher for food from Blackadder Mini Market and Deli on the rally route in Greenlaw. If you can help your assistance will be very much appreciated by the Organising Team.
