Scottish Motorsport Marshals Club (SMMC) is the only Club in Scotland that’s dedicated to all four-wheel motorsport disciplines. There are very few motorsport events held north of the border where SMMC is not playing a significant role with either our trained personnel or specialist equipment being involved.

We’re not just close to the action... we’re PART of it!

We urgently need radio crews for the McDonald & Munro Speyside Stages Rally. We are still one short for the mandatory posts and we could do with a few more for contingency.

Marshals Required: Super Lap Scotland Championship, Knockhill, 24th April

Knockhill is looking for marshals to help at the Super Lap Scotland Championship on 24th April. Running anti clockwise, this event will see fast and furious action on track as the SLS, Mod Sports and Scottish Legends compete for the first time this season.

Marshals Required: Beatson’s Building Supplies Jim Clark Rally, 27-29 May 2022

With six weeks to go, plans for the 2022 Beatson’s Building Supplies Jim Clark Rally are being finalised and it is shaping up to be a real cracker. There are still a large number of marshalling opportunities across the event – the stages on the roads around Duns, the start / finish in the Market Square, and the Service Area on the edge of the town all need to be covered.

Marshals Pathway Proposal 2022

Over the past 12 months, Motorsport UK have been working alongside the Marshals’ and Training Advisory Groups to review the Marshals’ Grading Scheme, which is designed to provide volunteers with a clear route to progress through the sport.

Marshals required at Doune Hillclimb on 16/17 April

Alastair Gray, Chief Marshal of Doune Hillclimb, is looking for support over the weekend of 16th and 17th April. You can volunteer for one or both days. The Doune Speed Hillclimb Course is recognised as one of the sports' premier venues in Britian. The “King of the Hills” course takes competitors up over a 1350-metre track at one of the most challenging and scenic climbs in the UK.
