Northern Off-Road Club is running a Comp Safari Plus at Forrest Estate, DG7 3XS, on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th June 2023. We are looking for a number of marshals and radio marshals to assist on both days.

Northern Off-Road Club is running a Comp Safari Plus at Forrest Estate, DG7 3XS, on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th June 2023. Approx 100 stage miles, 6 runs each day. Signing on is between 08:00 and 11:15 on Saturday. There will be a marshals’ briefing at around 11:30, followed by an optional competitor drive-round at 12:15. The first car starts at 13:00. On Sunday the first car is due to start at 9:00. There will be a burger van on site from Saturday. A packed lunch will be supplied to marshals on Sunday. There will be a marshals’ draw.

Maximum entry is 50: up to now they have received 44!

I am looking for a number of marshals and radio marshals to assist on both days. Most of the course is on tracks, with the occasional foray into quarries to keep things interesting! The Chief Marshal is Simon Cotton, with Dean Pugh assisting with recruitment; please email your details to him at dean.pugh@me.com. Tony Rae is Clerk of Course, and Tartan Control will be looking after the comms.

Please contact me if you would like further information.

Many thanks
