SMRC are running their annual training day for race marshals on Sunday 3rd March 2019 at Knockhill Circuit.

Trainees who have not yet done the compulsory “Introduction to Marshalling” Module should sign on between 07:45 – 08:00 at the Media Centre. This module will last 45 minutes and you should then return to the clubhouse.

Everyone else... sign on will be 08:15 – 08:45 at the clubhouse for a prompt 09:00 start. During sign on, a hot drink and a breakfast roll will be available. Lunch will also be provided, or you may bring your own.

Some of the practical activities will be outside so please dress accordingly. Sessions include hot fire training so please bring appropriate natural fibre clothing (please avoid synthetics which tend to melt).

Should there be adverse weather, SMRC will keep you informed prior to the day.

Parking

There will be a track day on during the day so can everyone to park at the Visitor Parking, which is located to the left of the main gate as you arrive. It is then a short walk to the clubhouse.
