It is with great sadness that I have to advise that Club Member Dot Brown died last Tuesday.

Dot joined SMMC in 1999 and was an enthusiastic supporter of Scottish rallying for many years – regularly seen at events in her Land Rover complete with ‘DOT’ registration. She was a Marshal, Radio Operator (using the Argyll call sign) and part of event organising teams where she undertook Chief Marshal duties for events including the Scottish Rally.

Dot’s funeral will be held at 13:15 on Wednesday 17 April at Cardross Crematorium, on the A814 between Dumbarton and Helensburgh.
