Motorsport UK have recently updated the Scotland specific COVID-19 guidance. It is very important that everyone who attends motorsport events is aware of and complies with these guidelines.

Motorsport UK have updated their COVID-19 guidance for Scotland.

This document is a supplement to the overall Covid protocols on the Motorsport UK website which are written to be discipline specific. Please make sure you follow these and don't just look at the Scotland page.

The team at Motorsport UK have worked closely with the Scottish Government through Sportscotland to reach agreement on this. It is very important that everyone who attends motorsport events is aware of and complies with these guidelines.

You will be aware there has been a resumption of spectator events - but the guidance is still clear in its intention to maintain “bubbles” to prevent an entire group being asked to isolate by track and trace.

The other important aspect is around Vehicle Occupancy / Driver Changes - as a Club we are expected to keep a record of occupants sharing a vehicle which must be retained, and contact areas must be sanitised between driver/occupant changes.

If you have any questions or comments on this latest update, please get in touch with me.

Best wishes
